Honda's quality, reliability, durability, and resale value are vital aspects of customer satisfaction.
The year 2020 became a challenging time because of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Avani was approached to come up with a strategic plan for Honda’s marketing in a Pandemic situation, when lockdown was in effect. Overall, the idea was to have a specific increase in sales, support and donate to the Covid relief fund, focus on Social and Digital marketing along with promotion and enhancing top-of-mind awareness was the ultimate goal of the campaign.
Isolation and social distancing were obstacles to commute and purchase in a traditional setting. This time was a challenge and an opportunity too. To address the challenge, a campaign named “HONDA IS ALWAYS WITH YOU, NO MATTER WHAT” “जस्तै परिस्थितिमा पनि Honda छ सधै तपाई संगै” was planned. Further, offering easy access to bikes for safe transportation during the pandemic was the campaign's central goal. Moreover, selling bikes at a down payment EMI and Interest Rate with just Rs 1.The Campaign would incorporate charity as well as sales; however, the charity was more focused.
The effective execution of the campaigns following all the safety standards,and profound use of digital mediums brought us amazing results. Within the first month, the campaign team received 10,000 plus inquiries, sold sold-out 5,000 plus units, and got 99% positive customer feedback along with an appreciation for this unique campaign initiative, conceptualised by Avani.
